Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our expanding team at Just 4 You Surprise Planners. This role focuses on generating and onboarding corporate clients, executing B2B sales strategies, and achieving monthly targets. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with businesses and helping them experience our unique surprise planning services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate clients.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute targeted B2B sales campaigns.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business clients.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar role.
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand client needs and present solutions effectively
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets

- Familiarity with CRM software and basic reporting tools is a plus
