Job Summary:
Just 4 You Surprise Planners is looking for an enthusiastic and growth-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to help expand our client base and support revenue growth. The role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, business development, and supporting the sales pipeline. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to build a strong career in sales and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and other channels
- Client Engagement: Understand customer requirements and pitch our surprise planning services effectively
- Business Development: Convert leads into paying clients and build long-term relationships
- Sales Support: Assist senior sales team members in closing deals and achieving targets
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and execution
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer acquisition
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
Skills:
